Sild last Sunday

It was the first time I ate sild since I came back to England. I miss my sild so much, I love sild, my stomach crages for something so lovely again. Nothing can match the taste of sild with curry salad dressing. I got a jar of sild from the Danish chruch in London, where they have a small store. I got some rye bread from Sainsburys supermarket but it tastes more like German rye bread. The only thing which I learned to make was some curry salad dressing. I could learn about that from Mrs Jensen's cookbook. It is easy enough. After that I invited two friends who also have a love for sild, just like me.
